Free Shipping in the United States.

Southern Textiles makes every attempt to fill your order promptly. If you need to change or cancel your order, please try to do so immediately.

There will be no cancellation fee if your order has not shipped. However, if your order has shipped and we are not able to cancel your order, you are responsible for the purchase and shipping.

If you receive your items/linens in an unsatisfactory condition or there is a defect, we will have you ship them back and provide you with replacements. Please contact us at info@southerntextiles.us

Shipping Policy Questions:

1Question: Once a buyer has placed their order, how long does it take you to prepare, package, and put it in the mail?

1Answer: 2-5 business days.

2Question: When will I get my package?

2Answer: 1-5 business days after the order has been processed and put in the mail. 

3Question: How will I know where and when my package will deliver?

3Answer: A tracking number for your package will be sent to your preferred contact information and you can look up where your package is located. 

Information: 

At this time we offer free shipping out to the customer, but, for returns, the customer has to pay for shipping back. 

On the tracking label, it usually says the weight of the package when shipped so you have an idea for return.
